YThrive is an exercise and coaching program to help you reach your goals. YThrive gives you the tools you’ll need so you can spend your time working on you instead of worrying about planning your exercises. The YThrive program is designed to support your fitness experience at your YMCA. All the exercises can be completed in 50-minutes or less and will require equipment found at your YMCA.

Participating YMCA locations have in-person one-on-one YThrive coaches to show you how to perform the workouts. Ask your local YMCA if they offer the YThrive program.
